Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (150g each)
- 200g asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high. Brush the salmon and asparagus with olive oil; season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
- Grill the salmon, skin-side down, for about 6-7 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until done to your liking.
- Grill the asparagus alongside the salmon until tender and charred, about 5-6 minutes.
- Serve the salmon and asparagus with a squeeze of lemon juice and garnish with fresh dill.
