Grilled Salmon with a side of Asparagus cooked in Butter.

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (150g each)
  • 200g asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh dill, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Brush the salmon and asparagus with olive oil; season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  2. Grill the salmon, skin-side down, for about 6-7 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until done to your liking.
  3. Grill the asparagus alongside the salmon until tender and charred, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Serve the salmon and asparagus with a squeeze of lemon juice and garnish with fresh dill.
