Cobb Salad with Chicken, Bacon, Blue Cheese, Avocado, and a Creamy Ranch Dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 150g grilled chicken breast, diced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped bacon, cooked
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cups mixed salad greens
  • For the dressing:
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, arrange the salad greens. Top with rows of chicken, eggs, blue cheese, bacon, avocado, and tomatoes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
